Christophe Ferrasse

Christophe Ferrasse has spent more than twenty years inside the machinery of digital transformation — first in retail, then in global consumer goods, eCommerce, and advisory work.

His career has crossed Systeme U, Royal Canin, Mars, and Brandtech, as well as international markets, large organizations, and transformation environments where the same lesson kept returning: technology can change the tools, the speed, and the possibilities — but it does not change an organization by itself.

The real work is leadership.

The Hybrid CEO grew from that conviction. It is both a book and the foundation of The Hybrid Leadership System™, a practical methodology for executives navigating a world where intelligence is no longer exclusively human, but accountability, judgment, trust, and courage remain profoundly human.
