The Author

Christophe Ferrasse

Christophe Ferrasse has spent more than two decades at the intersection of commerce, technology and organizational transformation.

His career has included Système U, Royal Canin, Mars and Brandtech, across retail, global consumer goods, eCommerce and advisory environments. He has worked inside large organizations and with global brands as successive waves of technology changed how companies sell, operate, decide and organize.

Through those transformations, one lesson kept returning: technology changes what an organization can do. Leadership determines what it becomes.

The real work is leadership.

The Hybrid CEO grew from that conviction. The book introduces the Hybrid Leadership System™, a practical methodology for executives navigating a world in which intelligence is increasingly shared between people and machines while accountability, judgment, trust and courage remain human responsibilities.
