Christophe Ferrasse has spent more than two decades at the intersection of commerce, technology and organizational transformation.
His career has included Système U, Royal Canin, Mars and Brandtech, across retail, global consumer goods, eCommerce and advisory environments. He has worked inside large organizations and with global brands during successive waves of digital change — from eCommerce and digital transformation to the emergence of AI as part of everyday organizational intelligence.
One lesson kept returning: technology changes what an organization can do. Leadership determines what it becomes.
